Thairapy is a full service salon that is a fun and in the know one chair studio! I offer cuts, colors, smoothing treatments and facial waxing.

I graduated from cosmetology school in 1993. I got my dream job working for a well known salon owner in Iowa City. I had some of the best training I couldve asked for with that job. My boss was a barber so he basically re-trained me to cut like a barber. In 1998 I decided I was ready to take on the responsibility of working for myself.
I started as a salon owner in 1998. My first endeavor was the owner of Flip Salon and Spa which is currently located in North Liberty. I stayed in that location for 12 years where I grew my business to a 7 chair full service salon and spa. I have traveled all over the country for my education and have had some great experiences along the way. A highlight of my career was being apart of the artistic team at NYC Petite Parade kids fashion week! Oh, and meeting Heidi Klum!
